This graceful early Regency bonnet is inspired by an extant bonnet in the collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. Evocative of the spiral shape of a nautilus shell, the bonnet is covered in ivory silk taffeta and trimmed in vintage silk braid in a gorgeous antique gold. The inner brim is lined with a subtley contrasting silk shantung. Plus, feathers!Silk satin ribbon ties are looped through rings for ease of adjustment or removal. One size fits all.
